Basement Construction in London

We have extensive experience throughout London and regularly work with Main Contractors, Developers and Homeowners. We can take the role of principal contractor or work as a sub-contractor working directly with Architects and Structural Engineers throughout the project lifecycle from planning to post construction.

Health and Safety

Basement Force were the lead authors on the ASUC (Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors) publication:

"ASUC Guidelines on safe and efficient basement construction directly below or near to existing structures."

These guidelines were consulted on and endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive.
