In addition to undertaking the structural and waterproofing works on site we can support your team through the design, preparation and planning process, in particular providing value engineering and other construction related input.
We were the lead author on the ASUC (Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors) publication 'ASUC Guidelines on safe and efficient basement construction directly below or near to existing structures.'
These guidelines were consulted on and endorsed by the Health and Safety Executive.
